I am passionate about personal fitness from a holistic viewpoint. My unique twist to delivering fitness programmes is my background in psychology, social work and human resources.
I believe that my experience and my own personal battles in the past with maintaining a healthy weight have equipped me with the knowledge and transferable skills which help in delivering a fitness programme that is truly holistic!
I offer both personal training sessions and run circuit classes.
With personal training, I am always keen to meet first for a free consultation session to ensure that my method is the right ‘fit’ for you. I offer one-on-one sessions, as well as ‘couple/partner/friends’ packages and nutritional advice
My circuit classes are just £5 and run on Saturdays from 8.30am – 9.30am in St Mary’s Church Rooms, starting again in April 2018.
