Work on the phone box has started.
Ian Harrison of Physical Balance gave it a jetwash on Sunday, paint and 4 new ‘telephone’ glass panels arrive next week and Steve Miller, who painted the bollards in Whitchurch, starts work on 11 April.
We hope to have everything done by 15 April and be ready for the first ‘tenants’, the ORC.
More details on their plans later, but we are now looking for subsequent tenants such as the Sheep Fair, Portals/de la Rue (for the new bank notes), charities and local businesses.
