In September 2016 the eight members of our team (Gary Osmond, Zeb Inker, Stuart Allen, Dean Barton, Andy Galvin, Lee Verney, Andy Regan & Michael Barclay) will be attempting to complete the Thames Path Challenge. This is a 100km walk along the banks of a the river Thames. This is will be a huge challenge for us all as we usually only walk to the pub!
We are raising money for Naomi House children’s hospice in memory of Aiden Inker. Aiden was diagnosed with Leukaemia at just six months of age and unfortunately lost his battle and died aged just one year old in January 2010. In the last two months of his life Naomi House was a huge help to Aiden and have been an enormous support to his family ever since.
Naomi House & Jacksplace provide respite, emergency and end of life care to life-limited children and young people across the central south of England. Please help us reach our target so that they can continue with all the good work they do and continue to support other families in similar situations to Aiden.
Through Virgin Money Giving, you can sponsor us and donations will be quickly processed and passed to charities. Virgin Money Giving is a not for profit organisation and will claim gift aid on a charity’s behalf where the donor is eligible for this. We really appreciate all your support and thank you for any donations.
We are currently looking for businesses to sponsor us in exchange for their logo to be used on our clothing etc, which will be seen at many fund raising events, training walks and of course by thousands who are involved in the actual event. We are in the process of designing the clothing and already have a couple of sponsors, but are keen to fill the clothing with many more logos!! We are asking for donations of £100+ to qualify for logo space. Of course we will always accept any donations towards the cause if logo space isn’t required.
